Returns are condition to the package not being open or used by the customer, any COD charges collected by courier or shipment costs are be payed by customer, no returns are accepted

after 14 days from delivery under any conditions.

Cancellation for COD orders are possible only if the order has not been shipped yet, else they are subject to the return policy.
Cancellation of Prepaid orders are possibly only prior to shipping, subject to any charges for cancellation by bank or payment gateway.
